Sailing Greece

Predictable winds, calm seas and easy line of sight navigation are prevalent throughout, from the Saronic Gulf and Peloponese coast in the West, Ionian, via Lefkas and Corfuto the Dodecanese and along the Turkish coast in the Southeast. The Cyclades offer deep blue open-water runs. In the summer, the dominant Meltemi wind  blows from the North from 10-15 knots over the Aegean, with stronger winds of up to 25 knots over the middle and northern archipelago and afternoon gusts in the lee of the islands.

Sailing Caribbean

One of the most beautiful sailing area's of the world. With tremendous nice waterlife, constant winds upto 5 - 6 beaufort for 24 hours per day - excellent air and water temperatures. Season starts mid of November and will last till end of May. June, July is low season with some rain showers per day (rain season) and from september till mid november hurrican sesaon will start.

The Croatian coast is a marvellous sailing area, pre-eminently suitable for spending a sailing holiday. There are 1,185 islands, rocks and reefs, of which 56 are inhabited, resulting in a unique seascape for sailors. Croatia can be divided into 3 sectors. Istria (North), Kornati (Middle) and Dalmatia (South). Murter, Sukosan and Zadar offers the best conditions for trips to the National Park, an area of 300 sq. km with about 140 large and small islands and cliffs, which are unique in the whole of the Mediterranean.

Sailing Athens

The beautiful cluster of the islands at the Argosaronic bay, that is Aegina, Poros, Hydra, Spetses, Salamina and several islets, is situated within a stone's throw from Athens. Sailing Lefkas

Levkas is the only Ionian island linked to mainland Greece. A swing bridge gives easy access by road, with the airport of Preveza about a 30 minute drive. More visitors are being attracted yearly as the airport expands slowly and new developments pop up. The island and the surrounding area has a lot to offer - anything from sailing, windsurfing, cycling, scuba-diving, walking, exploring ancient archaeological sites or just that lazy beach holiday. You will probably find some of the most picturesque views around, looking out from the calmer waters of the east coast overlooking the famous Onassis island of Scorpios, the other islands and mainland Greece. On the west coast of Levkas you will find beautiful beaches where you can watch spectacular sunsets.

Sailing Martinique
Martinique is one of the largest islands in the Lesser Antilles (1100 Km²). The mountainous part has 2 main peaks: Mont Pelée in the north and Les Pitons du Carbet in the central section. Bougainvillea, anthuriums, bamboo and many varieties of exotic trees are decking the woodlands. All over the island you find sugarcane and banana fields. Introduced around 1640, slavery was abolished only in 1848. Martinique is a department of France since 1946, whose capital is Fort de France, and was made a centre for sugar production.
Sailing - St Martin
For those with a more adventurous spirit, try St. Martin and the Leewards. With its European heritage and colorful blend of Dutch, French and English influences, there is a rich panoply of palm-fringed bays, volcanic peaks and clear waters. St. Martin, Anguilla, St. Barts, Guadeloupe, Dominica, St. Kitts - there is enough for many trips. St. Martin itself boasts two halves to the island - one Dutch and the other French.
Sailing Cuba

The islands Ilha Bela and Ilha Grande are covered with rain forests. Ilha Bela is famous for her many waterfalls, bareboat and the beautiful walking routes. Ihla Grande is the biggest island and is part of the Marine State park. On Ilha Grande you will find the most beautiful beaches, with for example Praia de Lopes Mendes (in the top 12 of the most beautiful beaches on earth). The ocean will surprise you with her many colours of light green and dark blue. The mountains are ending in the sea, which contains shallow for a long time.
